An introduction to the Coaching programme at Woldingham with the chance to learn some coaching skills with our Director of Coaching Mr Kellaway and fellow trained facilitator Mme Poullain. Woldingham coaching uses the Graydin educational coaching model.
We want the whole community to have the opportunity to develop coach-like skills and that includes our parents. Coaching is about having better conversations, by asking better questions and improving our listening skills so that we better understand the individual.
