The always eagerly-anticipated announcement of Woldingham’s new team of Ribbons was made at a whole school assembly on Thursday 5 May.

New Head Girl Léonie, who will lead the 21-strong team during its year of leadership and service, said, “I was thrilled when I found out that I would be Woldingham’s Head Girl because I love the school and all it has to offer. I am incredibly lucky to have such a capable and proactive group of girls beside me as the Ribbons team. I am really looking forward to this next year. We are all eager to implement our ideas and I encourage everyone to get involved with all we have to create. I personally want to expand our Woldingham community outside of the valley, by continuing to develop our positive impact on the wider world.”

The school community thanked the outgoing Ribbons team of Desi, Abi, Agnes, Molly, Sophie, Milly, Oriana, Leila, Pun Pun, India, Anthea, Liubov, Jemima, Lilly, Naomi, Matilda, Bea, Lily, Eleisha, Ellie and Pippa and wishes them all the very best for their upcoming exams and beyond.  Excellent role models for those who succeed them, the team helped shape school life, organising initiatives such as January’s Giving Back Month, events and fundraisers.

We look forward to seeing what our new Ribbons team has in store for us.
